Exchange an item

If you want to exchange an item, e.g. for another colour or size, please order a new one and return the other item to us.

Please use our return slip as it letters our case processing and minimizes the processing time for the return. Your money will be refunded on the same card that was used to pay the order with (it may take 4-5 banking days). If you have any questions, you can write to:

Return an item

If you regret and need to send an item back, mail us, and we’ll send you a return label at:

You must enclose a return slip with your information. If you do not have a printer, you can write a note with the order number + the same information as on our return note and enclose it in the package.

Once we have received your return package, our customer service will process it as soon as possible. You will not receive an email when we have received your package – you can check it yourself via the PostNord tracking number, which you received from PostNord when you ordered return shipping

If your return order fulfill the conditions for return (see sales and delivery conditions), we will make sure to refund this purchase via the same payment card, that was used at the time of purchase. You will receive a notification by email about the refund of your returned item. It can take up to 4-5 banking days from the time you receive the notification until the money is in your account.

You must make sure that the goods are properly packed. You are responsible for the package / goods until we receive it. Then see postal receipt and tracking number. You must pay the cost of returning the goods when you regret.

Note: We do not accept packages sent in any other way than via PostNord.

You may lose this purchase amount, in whole or in part. This happens if the product is degraded because:
– The item has been taken into use.
– The item has been damaged while you were responsible for it.
– The item is handled in a different way than was necessary for you to determine properties and quality.
